I am currently a Project Manager at ALBOSS consulting in United Kingdom., Where I supported several projects successfully to completion.

At Alboss Consulting and over the years I oversaw Multiple aspects of running several projects. I worked closely with other project managers to develop project schedule, ensure team members had the resources they needed to complete tasks, and coordinate communication with stakeholder on project updates. I am particularly proud of a project to roll out a feature on our user’s app and website where a customer can chat or send a message.
As a complex project that involved multiple stakeholders it was important to be mindful of the details and listen continuously to feedback from users. My efforts to coordinate an early feedback system in a trial period led to the discovery of several bugs and pain points that we fixed for the launch. We are able to reduce customer concerns by 80% and ultimately complete the project under budget.
I have 18 years of working experience I have worked in Professional services, Manufacturing, and enterprise (Projects) developments industries. I have further, gained extensive experience in Financial Accounting reporting, Management Accounting (Costing). Performance management, Business planning information, ERP Implementation, Auditing, Mentoring, and coaching of staffs and young graduates entering the profession.
