I started out as a delivery driver and worked my way up to the position of Warehouse Supervisor. My role includes supervising a team of 8 employees, ensuring their welfare is looked after and work deadlines are met in a prompt and effective manner. I communicate between different departments to establish requirements from my team. I lead by example ensuring that I look and act professional at all times, especially considering that I liaise face to face with customers.
