My duties were, to firstly to supervise the classes of absent of teachers, register tutor groups and teaching groups, create a purposeful and orderly environment in which students can complete work set by the class teacher, monitor and support the students as they complete work set by the class teacher, establish productive working relationships with students, provide feedback to the class teacher/head of department in regard to the work completed and the general behaviour of the class, promote inclusion within the school, implement the school's behaviour policy and finally to support individual students; mentoring students. This was a great jo that vastly improved my communication,
counselling, management and documentation professional skills.
