Ned Sanders

I am a London-based Digital Learning Designer and Writer, with a background in game design, people development and gamified training. I currently work as project lead on multiple initiatives at Attensi, the industry-leading digital learning supplier. I have been the lead designer on over 30 projects, writing and developing interactive training for brands such as Starbucks, the YMCA, PepsiCo, Costa.

Sephora, B&Q and more. This has involved working directly with clients and subject matter experts as the project face, conducting regular workshops/focus-test and frequently balancing up to six projects at a time, whilst working to an extremely tight timeframe.

ATTENSI // DIGITAL LEARNING DESIGNER & LEARNING CONSULTANT (2021 – Present)

• Project Lead on over 20 mobile and desktop training games for industry-leading brands (PepsiCo, Costa, YMCA, Hiscox, Ninja Warrior, etc.)
• Used in-house tools to create complex, Unity-based branching dialogues and minigames.
• Led face-to-face client workshops to scope and iterate on training journeys over a rapid timeline.
• Acted as a training consultant, helping clients to adapt their training programs to the specific needs of their user groups.
• Developed an in-house training approach, based on the COM-B model of behavioural learning.

STUDIO POW // SCREENWRITER & SCRIPT CONSULTANT (2020 – 2022)

• Provided extensive feedback and suggestions on scripts, treatments, and creative design documents.
• Adapted a treatment into a feature-length horror screenplay, currently in pre-production (The Return).
• Created in-depth pitch documents and pilot episodes for TV.

DR STUDIOS // WRITER & NARRATIVE DESIGNER (2020 – 2021)

• Wrote Mission Documents and Character Profiles for Hawken Reborn, an open-world sci-fi shooter published by 505 Games.
• Created a diverse set of NPCs and quest givers to populate the world.

MERCY KILL // SCREENWRITER (2024)

• A dark comedy short film about a dysfunctional couple who discover a dead body on a hiking trip, currently in post-production.

BLOCKS FALLING: THE TETRIS MUSICAL // WRITER & COMPOSER (2022)

• A musical based on the history of Tetris and the fall of the USSR.
• Staged at The Bedford performance space in 2022 to a sold-out audience.

A STAR IS BORN PRODUCTIONS // SCREENWRITER (2018 – 2019)

• Worked with producers and clients to develop snappy, engaging short films for use in actors' showreels.
