• Developing and leading inclusive digital curriculum design (Kaplan Open Learning – University of Essex Online, Laureate International Universities, and Esher 6th Form College), focusing on student needs and experience (underpinned by the digital learning taxonomy, active, collaborative and constructivist learning theories; ADDIE methodology combined with Agile project management; the design thinking approach and storyboarding; experienced in WCAG practices).
- Highly experienced in online and blended course design and facilitation, teaching experience including teacher training (HE and FE); an experienced online tutor (Laureate International Universities)
- Digital education leadership and project management, including experience in budgeting and costing projects (HE) - Experience in using Agile and Prince 2 project management methodologies.
- Leading and supporting academics and students in using digital technologies for enhancing teaching, learning and assessment, and teaching digital functional skills.
- Utilising digital learning platforms and educational services, e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas & integrated learning systems – e.g., Turnitin, Mahara, Turning Point/voting software, Panopto/video lecture capture system, library and research management systems;
experience in using MS 365 Education/MS Teams, Zoom, Skype, MS Sharepoint, Google Apps for Education, and learning analytics.
