Currently work as an Analyst in Transaction Services in Big 4. I perform financial due diligence in M&A transactions helping buyers and sellers realise the most value for a business.
I am also a chartered accountant with the ICAEW.
01/19-08/20: Worked in Transaction Services at Grant Thornton. Worked I. A variety of deals both buy side and sell side.
09/20-11/21: Worked as a management consultant at EY on a variety of transformation projects for blue chip companies and UK government organisations. These included finance transformation programmes to streamline the finance team and processes as well as property transformation projects.
11/21-Present: I am working in the Transaction Services team at EY on both buy side and sell side engagement across a variety of sectors including technology, consumer products and professional services. I also work with PE houses on transactions.
2019-2023: ICAEW Chartered Accountant having completed all 15 exams in the first attempt.
2015-2018: BSc Economic History at LSE with first class honours.
