Legal Digital Skills Trainer/Coach
I began my career in commercial sales with major national brands, developing strong negotiation skills, stakeholder confidence and a results‑driven mindset. I then spent several years running my own consultancy, securing contracts through tendering, creating accredited and digital learning products, and delivering programmes across multiple sectors. This strengthened my commercial awareness, independence and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
I later moved into organisational training roles, designing and delivering programmes for large employers and international teams. My work has included digital systems training, leadership and soft‑skills development, and the creation of high‑quality online content using modern learning technologies. Alongside this, I completed legal qualifications at distinction level and gained experience within legal services, supporting teams with systems, processes and digital tools.
This combination gives me a strong understanding of legal workflows and professional services environments, adding depth to my broader skill set.
