Worked with technical partners to understand technical debt that was hindering short term business growth and then led the teams through a discovery process identifying and prioritising over 400 opportunities to enable the development of company wide growth strategy in partnership with Marketing, Sales & Operational teams in the UK and US.

Reported directly into the executive board leading the transformation of Eurostar’s digital customer experience from booking to arrival; across responsive web, iOS/Android apps, in-flight entertainment, Onboard VR, digital ticket machines and digital signage for 10 million customers a year.
Built Product and UX design teams and best practice from scratch, while leading a department covering Product management, SEO, Product strategy, eCommerce, Analytics, Design and UX; defining new ways of working, business prioritisation and stakeholder management to deliver strategic goals.
