I am a hardworking individual with over 4 years dealing with public facing roles. I am a strong communicator and reliable team member. I have admin experience including sorting, filing, using excel and dealing with customers who bet the phone. I also have experience balancing cash registers and money handling.
In my current job I have had to provide for important clientele and with that comes a level of professionalism. I am good under pressure and am very driven.
I have a GCSE Qualification in ICT in which I gained a B grade. I have also scored a grade A in LLW which is where I gained many skills in how to deal with the public in a professional manner.
