I am currently working at Aquathlete and Nuffield Health as a level 2 swimming teacher. I also own my own cleaning business and have done for 5 years. I am a hardworking individual and consider myself to be very thorough and organised in everything I do.

I'm a confident communicator and have high attention to detail. I hold a full driving licence and have my own vehicle. I have been self-employed for the last 5 years. I'm a very keen learner and am very interested in broadening my skills in a different environment and facing new challenges.

Level 2 Swimming Teacher - Nuffield Health

(2024-01)

Started teaching lessons at Nuffield after having learnt to swim there myself from the age of 5 and then going all the way to squad and then on to compete at competitions for Charlotte Howard. Started with a couple of lessons on a Wednesday and Saturday but have took over lessons on a Tuesday and am about to start on a Monday too. Built up 1-2-1s and currently have 7 regulars who come every week.

Level 2 Swimming Teacher - Aquathlete Spondon - Spondon

(2022-02)

Completed Level 2 swimming teacher course and currently teach a range of children in both group lessons and 1–2-1s. Have experience teaching children and adults with various different special educational needs and disabilities including autism, ADHD, MS, cerebral palsy and down syndrome. Every week plan lessons tailoring every lesson to the different swimmers needs and at the end of every week update every swimmers progress.

Completed level 2 award in safety for teachers. Completed the national pool plant operator course in March 2023, which has led to taking up more responsibilities such as the weekly balance water tests.

Cleaning Business Owner - Self-employed

(2021)

Own and operate a cleaning business for 5 years. Responsibilities include talking to customers, good time keeping skills, organising and working round everybody's different needs and key holding. Clean for a variety of different people with a lot of elderly clients who require more than just a clean house. Handle business administration including receipt keeping for stock expenses, writing invoices, writing down hours worked and mileage expenses.

Level 1 Swimming Assistant / Dry Side Assistant - Aquathlete Spondon - Spondon

(2020-02 - 2021-08)

Started working a few hours a week as a dry side assistant with responsibilities of welcoming and greeting every swimmer, cleaning poolside, carrying out regular pool tests and adding chemicals when needed into the pool. In August 2021 completed level 1 swimming assistant course and started helping out in the pool for a couple hours a week.

Worked for a few months after finishing A-levels while swimming was closed due to covid.

Office Assistant - Steed upholstery - Long Eaton

Worked on a weekly basis through the summer after finishing GCSEs helping in the office.
