I have a First-Class Honours degree and experience taking on responsibility in fast-paced environments, from managing teams and operations to improving processes and supporting others. Through my previous roles, I have realised that I particularly enjoy work requiring organisation, accuracy and problem solving, which has led me to pursue a career in administration. • Manage staff and volunteers during events, allocating duties, answering questions and resolving issues as they arise.

• Keep spreadsheets, records and operational information up to date, ensuring details are accurate and easy to access.
• Complete end-of-event cashing up, including counting takings, preparing banking information and recording sales from tills and square card machines.
• Update weekly Excel spreadsheets with event takings and customer numbers, helping track sales information and spend per head.
• Created a Volunteer Handbook and supporting training resources after noticing a need for clearer processes and a more consistent experience for new volunteers.
