I have worked in the Hospitality industry for 15 years, starting off in a Bar, developing myself through some of the biggest Brands in the UK to becoming a Sole Director of My own Wine and Cocktail Bar. With this experience it has allowed me to perfect my skills within the Food and Beverage sector. Not only have I trained to deal with the general operation of a Bar/Restaurant, But also to negotiate the background of the business.

My passion for people empowers me to always keep growing my team, Products and Guest experiences. I am always looking at ways to further myself and engaging others to join me on my journey.
