As a QA I am involved mainly in auditing post clean hygiene, but also in extension life for products. Raising Non Conformance report for Raw Materials and Packaging to suppliers. I have been responsible for the conformance of the paperwork released and for checking the correct completion of the documents during production. In general I have been responsible for all concerning Food Safety.
Food Safety Level 3 Highfield Qualification, HACCAP Level 3 RSPH, Food Allergy and Intollerance Training Food Standards Agency.
