As a qualified Quality Assurance Auditor (ISO 9001 - 4001) and Manager, gained over 25 years’
experience of managing multiple training sites delivering and monitoring efficient, cost-effective soft services. Whilst overseeing training and development of specialist equipment, managed budgets more than
£10 m across the UK.
Coordinating operations, reviewed and revised general procedures, health and safety, stores, training, and administration facilities to support an operational unit of 30 personnel. Having a proven record of continuous improvement and successfully turning round poorly performing departments, Developed and implemented safe systems of work and revised procedures to improve safety, training and administration.
Being a strong approachable leader and motivator, developing team members towards furthering their careers and developing their personal skills. Able to drive service levels and achieve financial and qualitative KPIs and targets, whilst working in compliance with statutory Health & Safety legislation. Strong communication and negotiation skills have been acquired by working with people from diverse backgrounds at all levels.
