Nigel Palmer

My name is Nigel Palmer. I am currently working as sous chef acting head at the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts at the UEA in Norwich. I have always worked in hotel and catering and food production industry since leaving school.

I consider myself to be a hard working, reliable and honest peson with a good proffesional attitude and good attention to detail. I have great organisation and multi tasking skills and good at organizing people and work loads. I have a wide range of skills built up from chefing, semi management roles, food science, food product development, quality control and quality assurance experience.
