I am an experienced Manager and Team leader. My background is within both Engineering and Transport Management for a number of large well-known companies. I pride myself with having the ability to inspire and motivate staff to work efficiently and to a high standard.

I have numerous years of staff management experience dealing with a variety of personnel issues, managing absence, producing KPI's and recording and maintaining relevant and required documentation. Process Worker - Pladis Second Process - Halifax and Aintree Branches

In the Halifax branch my responsibilities were in caramel and chocolate doing hourly checks on the full process and equipment and Housekeeping. In the Aintree branch my responsibilities were in A block mixing on all products using mixers 1A, 2A, 6A highspeed mixer and 6A BUSS mixer. With every mix a DC and temperature is taken to ensure the dough is at the correct consistency and temperature and all requests from oven and laminator operators are documented.
