Holding a master's degree in Environmental Engineering and a plethora of professional certifications, including NEBOSH, SMSTS, and TechIOSH, I am committed to continuous professional development. As the Company Director of BEESEM Consultancy Ltd, I specialize in providing tailored HSE consultancy services, helping companies not only comply with legal requirements but also exceed industry standards.

My previous roles include HSE Manager at Ant Yapi UK and Senior HSE Consultant at BEE Sustainability & Environmental Management, where I managed significant projects and teams, enhancing HSE performance and sustainability practices. My expertise is further supported by my academic achievements and numerous professional recognitions, which underscore my dedication to leading and advancing in my field.

I have over 15 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management. Currently, I am the Company Director at BEESEM Consultancy Ltd, where I provide bespoke HSE consultancy services to help companies exceed industry standards. Previously, I served as HSE Manager at Ant Yapi UK, where I ensured compliance with legal requirements and improved HSE performance.

I also worked as a Senior HSE Consultant at BEE Sustainability & Environmental Management, managing large-scale projects and teams. My career began with roles as an HSE Specialist at Actavis Pharmaceutical Production Facility and Jotun Powder Coatings, where I developed and implemented HSE management systems and conducted extensive risk assessments.

I hold a master's degree in Environmental Sciences and Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, where I focused on environmental management and sustainability. Additionally, I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Construction Sciences, specializing in the life cycle assessment of sustainable building materials and indoor air quality. My foundational education includes an undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering from Istanbul University.
