My name is Nikita. I am 24 years old. I am currently in the process of relocating to Nottingham with my partner I am looking forward to this move and the exciting opportunities that the city will bring for my personal and professional journey.
I have worked within the hospitality industry since I was 15 years old and since 2018 have worked within a multi-award winning family run restaurant in Liverpool - Antonio’s bar and grill. The last 3 years in this role was in a management position working directly alongside the owners to bring their business ideas to life and proudly gained many awards along the way, including Liverpool city region restaurant of the year, and hospitality business of the year to name a few. It was an absolute pleasure to be a part of an award winning team and I would love the opportunity to bring the skills that I have gained from my experience over the years to your business.

During the last three years I have also been in university and completed my degree in nursing in summer of 2023. I believe that my ability to balance working and also completing university is testament to my work ethic and dedication. I do not shy away from hard work and thrive in high pressure environments.
I am currently employed as a staff nurse on a specialised surgical neonatal unit in Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool. During my time in this post I have completed many additional training days including a six month training programme in specialised neonatal nursing. I have enjoyed this role thoroughly however due to my personal circumstances changing and having to relocate to Nottingham I feel that returning to the hospitality industry would be more suitable for my plans going forward.
As much as I have a passion for work I also do my upmost to maintain a healthy work-life balance and always ensure I take time to exercise, and lead a healthy lifestyle as this is very important to me. I take pride in my appearance and enjoy taking time out in my schedule for self care.
