• Leading delivery across multiple Connected Car workstreams, to get to market our most advanced and extensive Connected Services portfolio to time and quality, incl. Remote Updates and Predictive Maintenance.
• Led a cross-functional review of Function on Demand, creating a shared and evidence based consensus recommendation to remove the content from the portfolio, avoiding unnecessary investment and strengthening alignment to Bentley's luxury customer proposition.
• Shaped corporate SDV strategy and secured Board sponsorship, defining the vision, outlining the strategic outcomes and commencing scoping and planning. The outcome of these packages will ensure we ready the business for the increasing importance of software capability.
• Led development of improvements to Digital Mobility, introducing industry-standard UX concepts creating a clearer basis for setting targets, conducting competitive assessments and prioritising content, thereby influencing multi-million investment decisions.
• Secured functional ownership for Digital Attribute Management processes, strengthening accountability, target visibility and cross-functional delivery discipline.
• Secured first Product Digital Mobility prognosis acknowledgement in a Board Product Round Table.
• Co-led definition of Digital Cycle Plan inputs and Product Briefs, ensuring alignment between digital content, Product Line priorities and future vehicle programme requirements to make recommendations with regards investment trade-offs, risk exposure, and delivery prioritisation.

• Led multi-disciplinary technical department; 18 direct reports; responsibility for >200 Enterprise applications, supporting global commercial operations, strengthening engagement and delivery.
• Undertook joint interim CIO and executive decision making responsibilities for 12 months whist retaining accountability for the Commercial IT department, leading 5-year enterprise technology planning for which Board alignment was achieved.
