I’ve been working with special needs for past 8 years doing certain interventions on primary based english language and phonics reading. Also numberacy. I also have been doing private tutoring for ks2 and ks3 secondary students for 5 years supporting with their english language and literature and separate art sessions.

addition to my degrees, I feel that I am well prepared in helping people who need support in learning. My eight-year at working in Education has given me the opportunity to develop my theoretical understanding in to practical skills. I am a passionate and proactive individual who wants the opportunity to progress in their career in Education.
I am dedicated and committed to find a role on a long-term basis. Working as a learning support assistant at SEND, has developed my initiative and have allowed me to take approaches to learn pupils with variety of needs such as Autism, Profound Multiple Learning difficulties, Moderate Learning Difficulties and Speech, Language and Communication difficulties.
Working with pupils with learning difficulty also involved encouraging them to discuss, reflect on issues, and helping them to rehabilitate in the wider community. By facilitating these difficult situations, I have developed skills in being supportive, empathic and efficient leader.
I have a strong work ethic and a committed member who constantly attempts to fulfil all given tasks to the best of my ability. I believe I am well equipped to offer widespread support services to clients from a variety of backgrounds with a comprehensive range of needs.
