With over a year of experience as an Ignite Fitness Instructor and Customer Service Advisor, I have skillfully designed and managed fitness courses, fostering a positive workout environment that prioritizes hygiene, safety, inclusivity, and customer support. My exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and adept handling of inbound calls highlight my commitment to ensuring a seamless experience for members. I have also excelled in event coordination, bookings, feedback collection, and administrative support.

Prior to this, I served as a Puregym Gym Instructor, conducting diverse fitness classes, motivating clients, and ensuring safety compliance. As a Camp Ally Pally Team Leader, I demonstrated adaptability and leadership, overseeing camp sessions for children, conducting training, and maintaining strong communication with parents. My diverse background includes a valuable internship at Devonshires Solicitors, where I contributed administratively and collaborated effectively with legal professionals.
