My first gym job was in the year 2008. I have gained most of my experience from working in a corporate gym in the city of London from the year 2010 to 2019. In this period I managed to learn the most important aspects of a healthy life. I worked and delivered thousands of gym programs, groups classes, health MOT's (Health Assessments, which include key clinical tests, such as blood glucose and blood) and over 5,000 Personal Training sessions to corporate and private clients.
In 2016 I completed my diploma in Exercise Referral level 3 and Certificate in Physical Activity and Lifestyle Strategies for Managing Lower Back Pain, level 4. The same year as part of my career development I was promoted to corporate Master Personal Trainer Level 4.
As a Master Personal trainer I was responsible for providing one to one sessions to corporate bankers where I gained regular clients including CEO's, Co CEO Officer, 22 MDs and 4 Global Heads. I created monthly fitness plans for three of the most influential bankers in London and planned fitness programs for clients on an annual basis.
