My dessert responsibilities flourished at Waffle On as I greeted customers, took their food orders down, made their desserts and process the order through the tile and order management system. I also had the daily responsibility of cleaning the tables, dessert machines and cleaning the shop floors.

At Kandylicious I continued developing my skills of customer service by ensuring that all customers were satisfied by their service at the store. My daily duties include updating the stock on the shelves to assure that all stock was replenished, secured and easily accessible to all customers. I also had the responsibility of cleaning the store and tidying it up before it was time to close.

The manager gave me the responsibility to close up the shop at the end of the day and do a stock check of products for the following day.

Waitress and Dessert Chef - Eat Meat Bolton - Bolton

The skills I learnt from Fazz's Kitchen were developed at my time at Eat Meat. I was a waitress and dessert chef and also completed services behind the till for customers. I was in charge of making desserts and drinks for customers ensuring that they were satisfied with what they had ordered. I would usually greet customers from the entrance and multi task between all customers in the restaurant.

Whilst working as a waitress at Fazz's Kitchen, I first developed my customer service skills by greeting customers and diners at the store front and taking their food orders and eventually seating them down to allow them to enjoy their dining experience. I regularly ensured that the restaurant was kept tidy and clean to create a nice environment for the customers. I looked after the customers from the time they entered the restaurant until they left and worked the till to take their payments and store their receipts in the restaurant system.
