I am a dynamic and inspirational Head of Production with an MA in TV Production and Interactive Content and over 15 years’ experience delivering programming and production excellence across a range of TV services. Currently working for a satellite based TV channel which is aired and live streamed across over 170 countries I am highly adept at managing content for studio based and live broadcasts delivering over 40 hours of content per week. Utilising coaching and mentoring techniques to develop and nurture team members to achieve excellent performance and over-achieve targets and KPI’s.
