I'm a detail-oriented Project Management Apprentice with experience supporting project delivery, programme governance, stakeholder engagement, reporting, business change and innovation activities within the Transpennine Route Upgrade (TRU) Programme. I'm experienced in coordinating actions, monitoring progress, maintaining project documentation and supporting multidisciplinary teams safely, efficiently and in line with programme objectives. I have a strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, produce management information and support decision-making through data analysis and reporting.

I'm currently undertaking my Level 6 Project Management Degree Apprenticeship with knowledge of project governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, procurement, commercial management and change management.

• Lead and coordinate a programme-wide AI survey, achieving over 90 responses and ensuring accurate collection, validation and analysis of stakeholder feedback.
• Produced insights and data outputs that supported the Programme Data Team's understanding of AI awareness and opportunities across the programme.
• Monitor and maintain team action trackers, ensuring actions are updated, tracked and progressed to agreed deadlines.
• Supported development of a yearly milestone calendar to improve visibility of planned innovation activities and key programme priorities.

• Developed and maintained a "Stations on a Page" summary document, bringing together key station information to support project discussions, stakeholder engagement and reporting activities.
• Participated in the Station Strategy Working Group, providing updates on actions and supporting governance activities, to also monitor progress against actions and deadlines to integration team.
• Developed working knowledge of new AACCORRD (assumption, action, constraint, comment, opportunity, requirement, risk & dependency) Tracker tool that supported interface management activities.
• Gained exposure to programme governance, stakeholder management and project reporting processes within TRU.

• Planned and delivered numerous networking, learning and development of both in-person and hybrid event delivery events, with attendance ranging from 30 to 100 participants.
• Led venue sourcing, booking and coordination activities to support successful event delivery.
• Managed event budgets and monitored to ensure activities were delivered within affordability.
