• Register attendance and ensure everyone is present and safe, which enables schools to propose these types of projects for wintertime during the half term and Ensure health and safety compliance. DBS acquired as conducted activities with minors as the only adult.
• Deliver presentations and organize interactive activities such as play roles on 'why to study languages' online and in person to students of ages 7 to 17, bykeeping them engaged during summer school, which increased student satisfaction by 5 %. 
• Talk to subject matter experts to collect relevant information for the activities and concerning a specific degree. Which increases the number of students that decide to take into account a language as part of their degree 

• Ensure that the service is up to customer standards and ensure that levels of satisfaction with regular customers are high to build trust and make them feel valued. 
• Averagely reduce the waiting list from 30 minutes to 15 minutes for dinner. 
• Accommodating all walk- ins 
• Increase the number of bookings by 10% between October and January. 

• Work with a student aged 6 to build her confidence. 
• Enable the student to step out of her comfort zone by making her work with classmates with whom she has never interacted, which enabled her to expose more points during a class. 
• Give positive feedback on how to be heard by classmates during a group work activity rather than not contributing due to fear of making a mistake, which made her talk to her classmates more when conducting group work.
