I’m a motivated and reliable person with experience in customer service and working as part of a team. I’m good at communicating with people, solving problems, and staying organised, even when things get busy. I take pride in doing my work well and learning new skills, and I’m always looking for ways to improve and add value to the team. I’m now looking for an opportunity where I can grow, contribute, and build a long-term career.
I am an experienced and highly organised professional with a strong background in property management, supervision, administration, accounting support, and reception roles across hospitality, healthcare, and corporate environments. I am currently working as a Property Manager, where I manage guest relations, coordinate property maintenance, oversee vendors, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Previously, I worked as a Supervisor, leading teams, improving operational processes, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards were consistently met. I have strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills, and I am confident managing people and daily operations.
I also have solid experience as an Office Assistant in Accounting, handling invoicing, payroll processing, driver schedules, email and phone communication, and general administrative tasks. In addition, I have several years of experience as a Receptionist in medical practices, dental clinics, hotels, and voluntary healthcare settings, where I managed appointments, patient communications, referrals, documentation, and front-of-house operations.
I have a strong educational background combining healthcare and business studies. I completed the Nursing Associate programme at the University of East London, where I developed practical clinical skills, patient care knowledge, and an understanding of healthcare standards and teamwork within multidisciplinary settings.
I also undertook Adult Nursing studies at the University of Roehampton, which strengthened my knowledge of adult patient care, clinical practice, and professional healthcare responsibilities.
In addition, I completed Business studies at London School of Science and Technology, gaining a solid foundation in administration, organisation, communication, and business operations. This combination of healthcare and business education allows me to work confidently in both clinical and administrative roles.
