Responsible for providing management reports on a daily and monthly basis:
- Monthly bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts;
- Assisting with weekly cashflow reporting;
- Responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of quarterly VAT return and submission to HMRC;

Financial and Administrative Manager February 2019 – April 2022
Responsible for managing a team of 5 accounts and administrative staff and 6 outsourcers engaged in monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of 21 Sales Representatives
- Prepared annual forecasts and budgets for each department and for the company as a whole
- Produced detailed monthly, quarterly and annual accounting reports and Tax declarations, submitting to company management for review.
- Produced and issued monthly financial reports to Group HQ in Spain
- Monitored payments from customers and to suppliers, and chased any outstanding or overdue payments to maximize cash flow
