Through my carer I have worked across all areas of the Finance team, most recently at Momentum ITSMA | Registered Number: 07637466, a Private Equity backed B2B Growth Consultancy with offices in London, Boston & Singapore. During my tenure, the annual turnover increased from £4 million to over £16 million, featuring prominent clients such as Dell, Amazon Web Services and Lenovo on the roster

I played a pivotal role in establishing foundational procedures and processes essential for the effective functioning of the finance department. I built the team to have 2-3 direct reports and led the development of a high performing international finance team. My responsibilities included:

• Preparing the monthly Board Pack to ensure accurate and insightful financial reporting
• Serving as a collaborative business partner by creating reporting dashboards for various levels of the Account Team to effectively managing project financials
• Leading the implementation of Paprika’s forecasting functionality, building it from the ground up to provide the business with up-to-date and accurate WIP and forecast data. 
• Applied analytical expertise to scrutinise monthly revenue
• Verify reconciliation of Accrued and Deferred Income to eliminate P&L exposure and promptly address any identified issues
• Conducting in-depth reviews of Working Capital, optimizing growth through strategic cash management, including FX Hedging & Forward Contracts, and facilitating funding for acquisitions
• Lead the implementation of Xero and the new Project Management system, Mavenlink, ensuring a seamless crossover from Paprika
• Monthly preparation of payroll, collaborating with the payroll company for seamless processing

Following the acquisition of USA-based organization ITSMA in 2021, the acquisition of One GTM Ltd in 2022, and the acquisition of Grist Ltd in 2023, I assumed responsibility for the meticulous migration of project data and the transition of their accounting systems to Xero. Starting from February 2023, I served as the finance representative on the Integration Steering Committee. In this role, I led the integration of operating systems, ensuring a smooth transition by aligning project financials with the broader organizational structure. This involved conducting team training and supporting Group Consolidation efforts. I continued to provide post go-live support, actively monitoring issues, and proactively delivering timely resolutions.

Furthermore, my role extended to enhancing the usability of our Project Management System, Mavenlink. This involved crafting bespoke reports and generating dashboards within Mavenlink Insights, showcasing my proficiency in leveraging technology to streamline financial processes and improve decision support.
