I am a hard-working, warm and proactive individual, with extensive customer service experience from positions in both the hospitality and retail industry. I am currently looking for casual catering and waiting positions during the Summer in London.
From working in a local restaurant for a year, I developed significant customer service skills such as effective communication, the ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and the importance of being patient and warm when accommodating the needs of patrons. My years of experience in the voluntary and retail industry has also allowed me to develop these skills, enabling me to become a confident and hard-working individual.
I achieved A*A*A at A-level and currently study history at King's College London.
