Outline: I currently have a temporary role at Greater Anglia to assist the HR team with administrative and financial tasks. I oversee the budgets for each department within Greater Anglia and am also responsible for raising purchase orders and releasing funds. Gaining exposure to finance related processes has allowed me to build transferable skills and expand my understanding of functional operations beyond HR, further enhancing my adaptability.
Outline: At Greater Anglia, I was responsible for managing internal databases and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of recruitment data processing. I was responsible for overseeing the smooth running of Greater Anglia’s train driver apprenticeships and would provide feedback and follow up any actions in our weekly meetings. In addition, I wrote and edited engaging content for both internal and external audiences, including magazine articles, while also filming and editing promotional videos to support company initiatives.
Additionally, I contributed to their intranet platform and represented the company at various career events.
