• Facilitate weekly Smart Recovery sessions and lead a dedicated Ketamine support group since January, creating safe, inclusive spaces for young people and adults in recovery
• Deliver LERO (Lived Experience Recovery Organisation) specialist coaching — 2026 trained — drawing on lived experience and specialist training to support individuals through their unique recovery journey
• Deliver harm reduction advice and information, including Naloxone training, overdose awareness, and safer practice guidance
• Use motivational interviewing, person-centred approaches, and LERO recovery coaching principles to empower individuals to identify and achieve their own recovery goals
• Maintain confidentiality, uphold safeguarding principles, and signpost clients to specialist medical, housing, and mental health support
