• Supported guests upon arrival by providing valuable guidance, answering queries and actioning any requests they had during their visit, such as providing help with petting the guinea pigs for example, all whilst ensuring processes were followed so that guests and animals remained safe
• Addressed customer enquiries via face-to-face communications, ensuring they were handled appropriately in a friendly, professional and timely manner
• Provided resolutions for customers who were having trouble petting the animals
• Delivered various day-to-day responsibilities in a fast-paced environment whilst also ensuring the upkeep of animals, the cleanliness of enclosures, and the delivery of services to guests were provided consistently at a high standard
• Liaised with and reported potential concerns to the team in a clear, timely and confident manner
• Supported the team with various tasks, such as the moving of heavy equipment
