Specialist experience in compliance advisory, risk, monitoring activities, and governance framework optimisation.
Level 4 ICA Compliance qualified & firm Supervisor at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Extensive working knowledge of the FCA Handbook particularly, PRIN 2A, COCON, COBS, CONC, ICOBS, SYSC, PROD, SUP, & DISP.
Extensive working knowledge of the PRA Rulebook particularly, CRR and Solvency II reporting, operations resilience, permissions, outsourcing & allocation of responsibilities.
Extensive working knowledge of GDPR, TPR, MIFID, FATCA, CRS & IDD.
Good working knowledge of international regulatory frameworks including EIOPA, ESMA, and DFSA.
Excellent administrative skills including work prioritisation to meet challenging deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality in output.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
