I’m a Delivery and Project Manager with over 10 years of experience leading digital and transformation programmes across energy and housing. I’ve worked my way up from Assistant Project Manager to Delivery Manager, building strong experience in Agile delivery, systems migration, and team leadership.

At OVO Energy, I led large-scale transformation programmes that delivered £270M in savings. I managed cross-functional teams, improved delivery capability by over 60%, and supported the migration of 3 million customer accounts to a new platform. I focus on putting the right governance in place, improving processes, and helping teams work more effectively.

Before that, at Haven Homes, I led digital improvements across property platforms. I helped increase team velocity, reduce delivery times, improve sprint predictability, and embed Agile ways of working. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with stakeholders, managed risks and dependencies, and supported teams to deliver real, measurable outcomes.

I hold a BSc in International Law and Diplomacy (Second Class Upper) from Babcock University.
