- Designed and developed an Excel/VBA workflow automation tool supporting P6-related PMO activity, automatically comparing records from two systems, applying validation checks, identifying missing or inconsistent data and producing structured outputs for review, reducing repetitive manual verification.
- Built interactive VBA UserForms with dropdowns, filters, checkboxes and command buttons to control automated processes, standardise user inputs and enable non-technical colleagues to run the tool consistently.
- Partnered with PMO stakeholders to gather requirements, assess source data, test outputs and refine solutions in response to business feedback.
- Gathered stakeholder requirements and mapped a project planner's monthly workflow, identifying repetitive tasks, decision points, data inputs and outputs suitable for future Excel/VBA automation.
- Created and delivered a VBA UserForms presentation and supporting user guide to promote reusable automation across the PMO and enable maintainable handover to current and future data analysts and developers.
- Analysed approximately 100 student responses and staff feedback from BAE Challenge Day, creating visual insights and practical recommendations to improve future delivery.
