Laboratory Manager: Introduced automated nucleic acid extraction systems and protocols. Introduction of real time PCR assays and multiplex assay panels. Investigation into digital PCR systems to expand our capacity. System maintenance contracts. Supplier negotiation, stock check, reagent and consumable ordering systems.
PCR laboratory: nucleic acid purification, PCR, real time PCR, result interpretation.
Serology laboratory: ELISA, MFIA serology analysis, serum harvesting.
