HEALTHCARE SUPPORT WORKER, MAYDAY HOME CARE.

While working with Mayday Home Care, my responsibilities included visiting elderly in their home assisting with personal care such as helping a client in and out of the shower, washing (if they are unable to do so themselves), dressing and engaging in other activities such as socialising or exercise. They may also help to prepare meals, drinks and remind a person to take their medication or drink more fluids. My duty would also include completing documentation and reporting any changes to the office to ensure the right level of care is being given. I work closely with the office to ensure all care packages were covered and were receiving the appropriate care needed.
