In addition to providing strategic leadership, I oversee multiple direct reports, including a Principal Service Designer, to orchestrate our service-based offerings and maintain a cohesive user experience across all touchpoints. Championing a patient-focused mentality, I advocate for products that improve clinical outcomes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall care. Throughout the product lifecycle, I partner with senior stakeholders to align business objectives with measurable product success, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
