Just currently completing an assignment with the Post office to build retail and banking customer journeys using ASW cloud architecture. Garnered fantastic experience to lead all aspects of the journey development which includes user UI/UX tech design and software deign and delivery.

This has resulted in predictable delivery schedules, and has driven up customer experience KPIs, and reduced development times. My team and it's output and software quality is seen as an exampler and as a result our working practices have been shared across the program. Such accolades makes me immensely proud and excites me to work in complex and challenging environments like digital development and delivery.
