Appointed to build MAXIS brand at the start of the joint venture between AXA and MetLife to integrate their operations and create a network of 140 insurance companies over 120 markets, providing comprehensive employee benefits solutions to multinational employees. Built and led team of 14 across three functions and managed €2.5M budget. SMCR approved.
