About

Experienced property professional with a substantial background in residential property inspection, housing management, compliance, maintenance and condition assessment. Previously responsible for inspecting and overseeing extensive residential portfolios, including approximately 1,000 MOD married quarters and properties across East Anglia. I also carry out ongoing inspections and condition checks across my own portfolio of let properties, giving me a practical landlord’s perspective on property condition, maintenance and presentation.

Highly organised, self-motivated and meticulous, with a proven ability to work independently, identify issues, maintain accurate records and produce clear, reliable reports. My background in auditing, mystery shopping and field-based assignments further strengthens my attention to detail, professionalism and ability to follow defined standards. Available immediately for freelance property inspection and inventory assignments throughout Norfolk and Suffolk.
