I have a passion for teaching taxation and accounting and a proven track record of delivering results at all levels. I tend to follow a student-centric approach and I believe that listening and interacting with students is part of the key to student learning and optimising students’ success.

I have extensive international experience at undergraduate, postgraduate and professional levels with a range of tuition providers worldwide including Europe and Asia.

With the professional educational landscape shifting in recent years, I have focused on content development and the online arena. This includes designing and developing learning solutions and training programs that are digestible and that recognise that tone and pace are central to the user’s experience.

Coaching and mentoring students remains a strong interest of mine and this provides me with the perfect opportunity to inspire, motivate and enthuse students both in terms of technical content but also in terms of their career planning. My experience and knowledge of finance gained over many years seems to have influence on how students think and provides an alternative view of issues that they may face both academically and in their professional lives.

An experienced tutor and exam coach with broad accomplishments in lecturing and tutoring students across the ACCA and CIMA syllabi. Successfully harnesses over 15 years’ experience to teach students at professional academies worldwide. Specialist expertise in taxation and accounting syllabus content, providing students with knowledge that enables them to maximise exam results.

Good understanding of other financial bodies such as ICAI, ICAEW, ICAS, ATT and CIOT with ability to quickly excel at delivering new subject matter.
