I have been an active advisor across project finance and asset delivery for over 25 years. My background includes the Big 4 accountancy and in international multidisciplinary practices focused upon advising on public sector asset delivery / service change and PPPs/Strategic Partnerships. I have extensive project finance and PPP capabilities, developing and delivering complex transactions and solutions (old PFI, expiry PFI and new PPP structures and solutions), and leading multidisciplinary teams.
I have worked for authority, contract and lender clients across several continents. I also have significant Board level experience over the last 10 years, representing JV partnerships and corporate entities.
