As a Team Manager, I am responsible for running numerous departments within the warehouse including docks. I am responsible for monitoring productivity, time and cost as well as motivating and managing a team up to 45 staff. Responsible for conducting investigations, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, welfare meetings and suspension. Completing necessary paperwork, updating spreadsheets, requesting training, sending and receiving emails and phone calls on daily basis.
