Duties included

• Providing a high standard of customer service at all times
• Handling large amounts of cash, cheques and credit/debit card transactions
• Key holder responsibilities
• Working long hours and various shifts
• Banking and completion of all financial records
• Dealing with difficult and challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
• Any other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the operation
• Adhering to Data Protection and Confidentiality requirements
• Liaising with the Security Manager to report any issues or suspected fraud/money laundering and any issues regarding protecting the young and vulnerable (Safeguarding)
