I am 20 years old with 4 years of experience in customer service. My dream is to work in the Health and Social care sector. I aspire to help and improve people’s lives. My four year’s experience has improved my skills such as communication, teamwork, multitasking, fast-paced environmen, handling enquires promptly and professionally. I would like to expand my experience and knowledge.
I do not have experience working as a receptionist but i have customer service skills which has allowed me to become good at communicating with people.
I studied Health and social care in secondary school. This is my most relevant experience in regards to this job.
