Peter Adeniyi

Systems engineer with a strong background in infrastructure technology

My experience in cloud-based solutions extends to other roles, such as my recent tenure as a Field Engineer at Total IT Global, where I was deployed to customers’ sites or third-party clients in different locations for the resolution of technical IT challenges with their on-premises and cloud infrastructure. I built sustainable relationships and trust with customers by resolving complaint tickets in a swift, efficient, and cost-effective solution whilst advising them in line with policies and procedures.
