I have led high-performing HR and EDI teams in organisational development, talent management, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations and involvement to drive impact – including contributing to the Windrush Lessons Learned Review. I have board-level experience, serving as Trustee and Member of the HR and Equalities Committee at Centre for Mental Health and a Panel Member for the Football Association's Anti-Discrimination Judicial Panel which considers discrimination cases across the football leagues, including the Premier League, English Football League and Women's Super League.
