Hi! Having completed my Level Five TEFL (Teach English as a Foreign Language) course (with Exam Preparation and Business English courses also completed) in July 2023, I am looking for work as a teacher of English as a foreign language. I have four semesters of teaching experience in the USA and am fluent in Spanish, having also studied abroad in Chile for one year. In my spare time, I like to dance bachata!

At the University of Florida, I was a Teaching Assistant for four semesters. I was responsible for leading discussion sessions of approximately twenty-five undergraduate students where we would discuss a Comparative Politics case study each week. I also helped grade students’ exams. In addition, for two semesters I worked as a ‘Grader’, where I graded students' work and worked with the instructor on matters of course management.

I completed my Level Five TEFL (Teach English as a Foreign Language) course (with Exam Preparation and Business English courses also completed) in July 2023.

I obtained First Class Honours in my BA in International Relations with Spanish at the University of Birmingham. This included a year abroad at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where all classes were in Spanish. I now speak Spanish fluently. Later, I obtained an MSc (Merit) in Latin American Politics from University College London.
